1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Check-in:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% deduction of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will be non-refundable.
Last-Minute Cancellations:
- In case of last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of check-in), the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
No-show Policy:
- Failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and No refund will be provided, and the entire amount paid for the booking will be kept Ridgeviwe Kaasol.
- Even if the guest does not show up or cancels late, they will not get any money back.
- The booking amount is non-refundable under such circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed only for cancellations that adhere to the above guidelines.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Mode of Refund:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during booking.

3. Modification Policy
Date Modification:
- Modifications to the booking date can be made up to 3 days prior to the check-in date, subject to availability.
- Any modification within 72 hours of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and will follow the standard cancellation policy.
Booking Transfer:
- Booking transfers to another person are permitted with prior notification and approval.
4. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or any situation beyond our control, we may offer rescheduling or a full refund, at our discretion.
